Production log

Production Log

Week one
We started by watching the video game clips then deciding which ones we wanted to do and going into groups. When groups were sorted we re-watched the clip and chose the minuets we wanted to do. The group I am in is doing Resident Evil 5.
Week two
We used the audio from the clip in reaper to get use to the system and understand how to mix and improve audio. And started to make a list of all the sound and dialogue we needed to record.
Week three
We began to record the dialogue for Sheva, Chris and HQ.
Week four
We had finished the dialogue and began to record sound effects such as footsteps on different flooring like metal and wood. Different metal grating, key board typing, metal case opening, paper rustling, water pipe, glass smashing other sounds we will get of the internet.
Week five
After all the audio and sound effects were recorded each of us listened to the recordings and labelled them. After labelling I used Wavsaur to edit the audio. The process we used to this was go into process, convert to mono, mix all channels, convert to stereo and then normalisation but that only converted one file at a time so we converted them all by selecting the folder with the files in and selecting mono5050 then stereo normalize to 1DB and resample44100hz.
Week six
Continuing with editing.

Pre-production plan

Game Soundtrack Pre-Production Plan

The sound and music in Resident Evil 5 it set to create an atmosphere that is tense. The music makes the player panic-stricken and keeps them on their toes during the game. The music increasing during fights and then decreasing after the fight could make the player think that every time the music becomes louder and more intense that there is a fight, horde of zombies or a boss fight just around the corner.
Two particular games that show the same type of technique is Amnesia: the Dark Descent and The Grudge: A Fright Simulator music is constantly quiet thought out the games but during certain moments the music gets louder without warning and this makes the player jump and gives a shock reaction. As well as music it is also accompanied by sound effects which add to the shock depending on the game it could be an explosion, monster, screams or weapons and the image on the screen to go with it all.
Another small example is in Left 4 Dead when the player is getting close to a special infected called the Witch the music is a warning. When the player is at a certain distance the music is quiet but the player can hear it as they get closer it gets louder, because the Witch is the most dangerous thing in the game players don’t want to get near her so depending on the environment as well it adds panic when the player can’t she her and the music is getting louder. And finally the sound effects of the Witch growling when the player is close but can’t see her makes it all the more exciting.
The audio interacts with the environment in ways that affect almost every aspect of real life environments by interacting with objects and putting the sound in the game. So when the player interacts with something such as picking up an item or punching a wall the sounds are similar to real life.
During the project I plan to produce footsteps on concrete and metal. I think they it would work throughout the game because there are only concrete and metal floors during the clip. The sound of the elevator doors opening/closing, metal door sliding and elevator moving will be done with scraping objects on metal the different sounds will fit in because not all the metal noises will sound the same. The fan blade, the leaking pipe, electric hum, metal rumble, chain dragging, metal case opening, keyboard typing and paper in the wind I am going to get from household items. Also I can get car sounds, dust or sand rubbing on the ground from places outside.

Web Evaluation

Hyper Text Mark-up Language or HTML is a mark-up language for web pages. It is used to create text, headings, images, videos, links and other items. HTML is written as HTML elements containing “tags”. An example of an element is the “title element” it represents the title of a web page. Other elements are void elements, raw text and normal elements.
My website is based on the Xbox 360 and PC games Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2. Coding my website was not easy until I got use to it after a few weeks. For the first two weeks I did not do anything for my website because coding was hard for me so I experimented with the coding in Dream weaver until I could do it. I used Dream weaver to make my web site because it was easy to use. The second week I started to do research on the games. Three weeks in I started to plan out my site.
It started out with text down the side and a Left 4 Dead background but I was unsure how to put in a background. I decided to get rid of the background idea and replaced it with a title at the top, pictures at the left side and text at the right. The writing down the side stayed as the menu to the hyper linked pages. Adding pictures to it was easy.
The other pages are basic and are similar to each other. The pages consist of pictures and text. The pictures are at the left side and the text underneath. The pictures relate to what page it is for example the first page links to the characters of Left 4 Dead. On the page are pictures of the characters followed by text. The text tells you about the characters such as their name, who they are, what they did before the apocalypse, how they are viewed by other characters and relationship with the others. And has an extra page on Francis showing his list of hates he mentions in the game.
It is like this for all the pages. The infected page shows the list of infected, what they can do, an easy way to beat them and how to make it worst. The weapons page shows all the weapons and tells what they are called, the range to best use them at and the damage they can do. Medical show the types of medical items you can find. During the design of the site it decided to add an extra page on Francis’ called list of hates it is a list of things Francis says he hates in the game.
The names of the page needed HTML coding for the borders around them. I used a simple code
Border: thin solid colour black.
Also the titles for the pages needed HTML for colour changes and text changing and font size. I used different colours and text.
Font-family: cracked;
Font-size: 24px;
Font-weight: bold;
Colour: red;
Using this method of coding for each title then just changing the text and colour
Strengths:
I think my site turned out good the pictures work, the hyper link to the other pages work and I am proud of the way it worked out even after some set backs.
Weakness:
I am disappointed that I could not do my site, as I wanted it in the original design I had to not add backgrounds and add no music making my site plain and simple.
Challenges I faced when making my game were choosing the right pictures, I had to search for all the characters and all the different types of infected and most of the time a pictures that I wanted to use would not work or it came out blurred. Next challenge was the text I always kept on doing research to make sure that everything I put was right the characters names, personal info and the infected powers. Other challenges were the coding for the back ground, sound effects, music, and animated gifs. The final challenge was finding Francis’s (one of the characters) lists of hates.

Vodcast Voyage

RE 4 importance of character art:
One significant part of concept art in resident evil 4 is the characters. I think the most important thing is to think about is aging a character. Because in Resident Evil 2 Leon is 21 and in Resident Evil 4 he is 27 he needs to look 6 years older Using concept art to visualize and design how a character should age weather it is to look older or younger is vital. As well as aging the character the clothes need to change. The first time we see Leon’s clothing it is a bright blue R.P.D uniform next time we see him he clothes are more dull. After all concept art is done 3D modelling is needed to get the full over view of the completed character.
RE 4 importance of building art:
The art for the villages and any other buildings is very dull and dirty looking even during the day and being outside except for the top of some roofs which have a gleam in sun light. I think the concept artist for the buildings and villages went to different locations to get the idea for how the remote village should look. This is important because you want it to look as real as possible.
RE 4 importance of art in locations and environment:
Every location is unique and everything in the locations in unique. Techniques used in all locations are sometimes reused. With every location the environment will change and everything in it. In most areas there is little light so there is going to be more darkness and less need for shadows. Concept art is needed to show where these features are going to be needed.
DAO importance of character art:
Character art in Dragon Age: Origins is important because of the different species in the game. Such as human, elf and dwarf, also they have to resemble knights in armour with weapons.
DAO buildings art:
The buildings are similar to RE 4 in some ways like the way they are coloured. I still think the concept artist went on location to castles, villages and forests to again make it look as real as possible.
DAO locations and environment:
I picked one location in particular, the Chamber of assemble because the lighting captured my interest. It is not unique but the concept art must have been draw quite a few times to get the final design.
My Art Work
Art has never been a strong point of mine. But three techniques I used in my portfolio were colour, shading and just line drawing. I used colour that would have looked good in some pictures and left others as sketches. I did not do a lot of shading but where I did I used it mostly on the clothing. Line drawing is as it says just drawings. I did not use a lot of techniques because art is not a strong point.
Strengths:
I did different things such as flowers and stain glass windows.
Weaknesses:
Some are not very realistic; the faces are badly drawn

Renai Conclusion

When I was downloading Renpy and I was being told that we were going to make my own game I was really excited. When I got home I read the online manual, played the tutorial and took notes. At first I tried to make my game at home but I would not work on my computer so I had to always do it a college. When I had done a few tests and gotten use to doing the basics I started to plan my characters and backgrounds. I started by finding pictures that would look good when I painted over them; the characters are the same as the characters in School Days, I did the same for the backgrounds. Although I had to make a few more character emotions or backgrounds every time I edited my game I realised that I need them even if I only used them once. The pictures I used in my Renai were taken from the Internet, Google image, or the anime itself and then I painted over them in art, also I saved the images several different times with different facial expressions or clothes. The background images I made in paint myself.
The next thing I started was the plot and story line, I did base some of it on the anime but some of the plot is my own work and so is most of the characters dialogue. The story is about Makoto who has moved into an apartment and moved to a different school he meets Konata and Sekai and befriends them but he doesn’t know that they are rivals for any boys affection and always try to out-do each other.
Finally I started the most difficult part finding the right music and sound effects. I think it took me about three or four days to find the music I thought most suitable to use. The music and sound effects I got from You Tube then I edited them in windows moviemaker. The songs for Sekai’s bad moment, Konata’s bad moments are from the anime Higurashi. I chose them because I though they were perfect for when the two characters were fighting it works well at the begging when they have the first fight scene because you know or you start to think that some thing bad going to happen, the music for the general back ground, the good ending, the evil laugh and the scream is also from Higurashi. The music for the bad endings is from School Days I chose it because it is actually used for the bad ending in the anime. The sound effects knife stabbing, door open and closing, face slap and the heartbeat were also found on You Tube and edited in moviemaker. The sound effect for the neck cutting was taken from the anime School Days.
After finishing the story I started the work on the four different endings. They are still based on the anime School Days but I added my own twist to them. In School Days a few of the bad endings are where Konata commits suicide because Makoto chooses Sekai, Konata kills Sekai because Makoto chose Sekai, Sekai kills Makoto for choosing Konata then Konata kills her and cuts open her stomach to see if she is pregnant then Konata dies. How I twisted them was bad ending one would be if the player chooses Sekai then Konata would kill Sekai and cut open her stomach and laugh. Bad ending two would be if the player chooses Konata, Sekai would kill her and claim Makoto as hers. Bad ending three would be if the player chooses none of them, then the girls would come back together and kill Makoto. The fourth ending is a good ending, in the anime the good ending is they both agree to share Makoto and that’s how it happens in my game.

Testing results:
I had one person so far to play my game and here’s what he thinks
“Excellent story provided amusement, suspense and unexpected endings. Brilliant use of music and awesome animations."

X-men Jack of diamonds, king of Hearts

As they taunted "call" at him, a Jack of diamonds leaped from the sleeve of his beaten tan leather overcoat and into his hand. The men stared in anticipation as he threw his hand up in air, landing perfectly in formation card after card in the centre of the table.
"Din't y'all think I could win you?" he pushed his chair back from the comfort of his rear and stood, hands cupped to receive his winnings.
"And with that, Sirs I bid you a bonne nuit. The night is a lady and she’s a-callin’ my name.”
Staff in hand he walked languidly down the hall through a throng of gambling people to his left and right.
“Not so fast” a voice uttered from behind him. “Remy”, she looked at him; eyes lost in his purplesque irises for a moment.
“Remy” she spoke again, he didn’t turn.

“Mademoiselle, I have not business with you no more.”
“Daddy.” She spoke again in hushed tones.

Gambit turned to look at her, his eyes glowed, and then he was gone.

A few miles from the bar he was stopped by a man who approached him.
“Can I help you mon ami?”
The man did not speak instead he took a swing at him Gambit leapt back just avoiding the unprovoked attack.
“Have you got a problem wit’ me or are ya just drunk”
“I saw you cheat in that poker game.”
“Oh now Gambit gets it your just another sore loser.”
“I want the money you stole from me back.”
“Sorry but there ain’t no refunds in the game”
The man started to growl and his coat began to rip into shreds on the floor, there stood before Gambit was a huge muscle bound mutant. He took another swig at Gambit and another but Gambit was a lot faster.
“Ya maybe strong but you is slow” Gambit taunted
Gambit threw his cards at him as they exploded Gambit tried to make his escape but the mutant grabbed his overcoat and threw him into a wall of a building. Gambit groaned and rubbed his head trying to make heads and tails of what just happened. The mutant picked Gambit up tightly squeezing him around him stomach and ribs.
“Can’t we just start talkin’ bout this?” Gambit gasped
The mutant lifted Gambit above his head and slammed him into the ground, Gambit spluttered in his pain. He was about to get slammed again when a voice shouted out
“Hey, ugly”
That voice Gambit recognised it in an instance it was the same voice from the bar. Several spikes went flying and scratched the mutants arm making him dropped Gambit. He coughed as he tried to get to his feet. More spikes impaled the mutant making him fall over and giving Gambit a chance to get up.
“Daddy” she said as she emerged from the darkness
“Ya know I don’t appreciate bein’ called daddy by the likes of you Marrow”
“Gambit let me explain why I’m here”
Then an almighty roar came from behind them and two giant fists smashed in down and shook the ground cracking in all directions. Both Marrow and Gambit jumped out of the way.
“Shall we talk about this after we’ve beaten ugly?” said Marrow
“Sure thing” he agreed
Gambit threw more cards as marrow threw more spikes, Gambit drew his staff leapt into the air and hit the mutant on the head with little effect Gambit was hit by him and sent flying backwards. It was Marrows turn she ran up to the mutant he went to hit her she grabbed his arm.
“Not today ugly”
She threw him just as he was about to get up she threw a truck on him he was down and out.
“Ha we make a pretty good team Gambit” she said
She turned to Gambit he just glared.
“What are ya doin’ here Marrow” he asked
“Well I” she paused “Why don’t we get away from here before the cops come” she continued
The found a quiet spot to talk.
“Just what do ya think you’re playin’ at Marrow?” Gambit asked
“Gambit I’ve changed I can control my powers” she replied
“Is that suppose to make up for what been hearin’” he scowled
“Gambit look whatever you’ve heard”
“Ya mean how you got half of your team mates slaughtered in an attack against humans” he said in anger
“It was a mistake Gambit I...” she insisted
“Look missy your nothin’ but trouble and so am I so I think it best if we staying away from each other”
And with that Gambit walked away into the darkness. Marrow bowed her head in shame and walked away in the opposite direction.

the long way home

The story starts inside giant metal man made tunnels hidden under the sands of the Chihuahuan desert a shadowy figure is walking down making their way further down where people are working. Machines flashing and making strange noises, wires flowing from one end of the room to another well in a corner a child sits behind bars like an animal in a zoo being watched by dozens of eyes but all she does is smile and giggle a little while listening to the people discuss her fate.

“We’ll see what makes mutants tick,” says one

“I can’t wait to see what see looks like on the inside,” agrees the other

Meanwhile down a motorway Gambit and Jean Grey are on a mission to the Chihuahuan desert to find the M.G.S.L, which stands for the Mutant Gene Slicing Lab. These human run labs are hidden under the Chihuahuan dessert they are use for capturing, experimenting and dissecting mutants. The reason they are finding this lab is to find other mutants held captive and to shut down the labs.

Professor Xavier has been following two mutants who have been captured at one of these labs or so he thinks. So he sends Jean Grey and Gambit to find and rescue them then shut down the lab.

Gambit and Jean Grey discuss and argue their mission from Professor Xavier. Jean explains the details to Gambit and the importance of the mission, but all Gambit cares about is his so-called Cheri namely Rouge.

“I can’t wait to get this over and done with, for my Cheri awaits me” Gambit said excited

“Rouge shall be fine” Jean exclaims

“If you didn’t want to leave then you should of said so” jean said

“Weren’t my fault I came wit’ you the professor made me sayin’ I was the appropriate person for you to work with, or somethin’ like that” he explained

“If the professor sent you then you must be useful” she said hiding a small giggle

All Gambit can reply is “This is gonna be a long trip”

Back to where the little girl is. The people there were getting ready, ready for the surgery and experiments. They laid out scalpels and put on protective clothing, the girl was strapped to a cold metal table once again she giggled at them knowing that in just a few seconds they would all disappear and she was right the people who were surrounding her were all vanished one by one. Another girl soon set her free, her friend. Things were going according to their plan like it has done before. More guards came into the room armed to the teeth with guns and ammunition but it didn’t matter as they vanished in an instant by the little girl. When all the humans had gone they continued buy taking things that could be of value and then destroying what was left of the lab until nothing was left but a pile of rubble.

A few hours later Jean and Gambit arrived shocked at what they found. A crater with burned metal, broken glass and rubble everywhere.

“Looks like someone left the gas on and lit a match” Gambit joked

“This isn’t the time for jokes,” Jean said

Jean could not understand what had happened. She started to examine the wreckage. There could have been a number of things that could of caused this much damage but with the lab being underground the most logical explanation was the mutants. But the most confusing was the fact that there were no bodies of the workers. She pulled out an electronic map to decide where they should go next Gambit pointed out a park a living desert state park not far from where they were in Carlsbad. They began to head towards it. Jean’s guard was up because she could feel something that was not right.

The two girls were not in the town when the oldest girl sensed Gambit and Jean following them they hid and waited for them to confront them. When Jean and Gambit came close to the girls Jean stopped because she knew they were hiding just in front of them and called them out. The two girls showed themselves Jean began explaining the situation about the X-men.

“The school is a safe place sort of a haven for mutants even for those who have been abandoned by their families” Jean Explained

The oldest girl showed no interest while the youngest asked questions

“How many are there mutants? Is there cake? Are there lots of toys?”

Tension started to rise between them so Gambit introduced himself and Jean the girls introduced themselves as Dream and Nightmare. Jean asked again if they wanted to join the X-men, the oldest gave a hesitating answer.

“It is tempting but we have things to finish” Nightmare replied

“Killing more people and destroying buildings,” Jean yelled

“If you knew what those buildings were and what those people do you would do the same” Nightmare hissed

“We know what they doing in those lab,” Jean said calmly

Jean tried to convince them that the X-men were thing to do something about the labs and trying to convince them into coming with them and after so much talk Nightmare’s temper ran short and gave a final answer.

“We’ll come with you only when we finished what we started until then do not interfere”

After she said that Gambit disagreed and said that seems a bit harsh but his sentence was cut short when Nightmare knocked him off his feet and then knocked over Jean and warned them once again to stay away and vanished. Jean and Gambit got to their feet.

“Well now what?” Gambit asked

She explained that there was another lab but it was far from where they were. Gambit could not believe they had to walk it.

“Oh C’mon we have to walk it?” he said shocked

“Yes we do” Jean answered

“Can’t we just hire that jet you use?” he asked

“No, we don’t want to arouse suspicion” she replied

X-men characters

Nightmare: good character
She is a dark sinister character who likes to put people in their place, she takes delight in toying with people’s minds, and she is frighteningly intelligent and plans at least twenty steps ahead, scaring victims half to death comes naturally, shows hardly any emotion and when emotion is shown it is mostly anger. But despite all of this she is a good guy and fights for what’s right because of her phrase “bad guy’s never win” she knows a winning team like the X-men. She enjoys anything sweet (like cake) and is closely attached to dream due to an accident years ago. She is 18.
Her powers:
She can send people into another dimension made of nothing but darkness in this realm she is like as her name suggests a nightmare she can create images scary enough to send people into shocks, comas, close to death and is useful for interrogation. She can also send beams of dark energy at people. She is also great at close range combat.

Dream: good character
She is the complete opposite to Nightmare but loves her anyway because of an accident; she treats everything as a game or a chance to have fun, loves sweets, she cries when scared, she always smiles and giggles, when under pressure, cornered or stressed she becomes less approachable and insanely strong and scary, people who underestimate her are soon regretting it. She is 10.
Her powers:
Like Nightmare she can send people into a different dimension but she does not scare people unless she in angry instead she makes herself look big and creates a doll house and turns her victims into her dolls. She emits a sonic echo when she cries if scared this also alerts Nightmare of her location and that she is in danger. She prefers long range combat mostly because she can’t do any fighting if she needs to do close range if her opponent is male she will punch them where it hurts as she learnt from Nightmare.

Adonis: evil character
Like his name suggest he sees himself as a lord, he is delusional, and criminally insane, his plan is to recreate the world saving only mutants and killing all humans, Nightmare and dreams goal in life is to kill him. He has had many attempts in the past one which links nightmare and dreams goal to kill him
His powers:
He is super strong, an intelligent, he can shoot a beam of pure energy from his eyes he has basic powers of levitation.

X-men script

In a dark, damp tunnel a shadowy figure walks alone, with only the echoes of dripping pipes and footsteps to hear. Further down it is not so quiet.
Guy A: I need that computer report now
Guy B: Here
He hands over some paper
Guy B: How long until we get started?
Guy A: A few minuets
Guy B: Good I can’t wait to see what see looks likes on the inside
They snickered as they walked past a small child caged like an animal
Girl: Hehe
Meanwhile speeding down a motor way in a red sports car Jean Grey and Gambit are headed to the same location.
Gambit: So what do these little ladies look like?
Jean Grey: I don’t know
Gambit: What’d ya mean you don’t know?
Jean Grey: All I know is they are both females one older than the other and that their strong so don’t go underestimating them.
Gambit: Lot of good that gonna do us
Jean Grey: The professor can’t get a good look at them
Gambit: Sound like the old man got some competition
Jean Grey: Don’t talk about the professor that way
Gambit: Didn’t mean to insult the old man I just thought that with all that power he couldn’t have made it easier for us
Jean Grey: They know we’ve been spying on them so their masking themselves and besides you volunteered to come
Gambit: I most certainly did not Mon Amie, that professor made me come wit’ you, said you might be needing me, but all he did was tear me away from my Cheri
Jean Grey: You mean Rouge?
Gambit: Yes ma’am
Jean Grey: I don’t like this pair up any more than you do and beside Rouge will be fine
Gambit: Gambit thinks this is gonna be a long trip
He stretches out to relax. Back at the lab
Guy A: Let’s get started
He pushes a small button and a metal table cold to the touch slowly starts to raise upwards the little girl on it. The man put on masks, gloves, goggles and aprons.
Girl: Hehe
Guy C: What’s so funny?
Girl: You go now!
They looked at each other in confusion
Guy D: Ahhhhhh
A man on a platform was thrown across the room while a small black hole opened up and he disappeared into it
Guy C: What the hell
An unknown substance surround him another until he vanished as well
Guy A: Guards gets your guns were under atta....
His sentence cut short as he disappeared
The dark figure from before walked calmly through the door the guards drew their guns she dropped part of the ceiling onto them crushing them. She walked over the little girl and untied the straps.
Guard: There they are
Girl: My turn
The little girl opened up another portal and got rid of them all
Girl 2: Humans are so weak
Girl: Yep
Girl 2: Alright let’s get rid of the humans, take things of value and then destroy this place.
Girl: Just like always
4 hours later
Gambit: Woowee looks like someone left the gas on and lit a match
Jean Grey: this is no time for jokes Gambit
Gambit: Take it easy Mon Amie I just sayin’ how the situation looks
Jean Grey picked up a piece of broken metal and examined it
Jean Grey: I don’t understand how a base this size could have been destroyed so quickly and where is all the bodies if any
Gambit: Must be pretty powerful mutants, we should be careful
Jean Grey: They moved on hours ago
Gambit: Where do ya think they’ll be headin’ next?
Jean Grey: I don’t know locating them is difficult
Jean pulled out a small electronic map Gambit leaned over to look.
Gambit: Looks like there’s a town with a living desert state park not too far from here called Carlsbad I reckon that’s are best bet
Jean Grey: We’ll go but no showing off, causing trouble or gambling promise
Gambit: Would Gambit ever break a promise to a lady
They set out towards the town
Girl 2: Those mutants have caught up
Girl: That was fast
Girl 2: Looks like we’ll have to pull forward a bit
Girl: So were going to wait
Girl 2: Yeah they’ve been watching us for long enough
Girl: Ok
It didn’t take long for Gambit and Jean to get near the girls
Jean stopped Gambit kept on going
Jean Grey: Hold a moment Gambit
She said
Gambit: Somethin’ the matter Mon Amie
Jean Grey: You’re already here, aren’t you!
Girl 2: Typical of a psychic to know
Girl: Makes been sneaky less fun
Both girls came up from underground with an aura that was distorted around their bodies and then evaporated
Girl 2: You’ve been following us and watching us, why?
Jean Grey: Look we’re not going to hurt you we come from a place for mutant’s Professor Xavier sent us to take you there
Girl 2: What made you think for one moment we’d want to go with you?
Jean Grey: You’ll be safe there
Girl: What’s it like? Are there sweets?
Gambit: Of course, there are plenty of toys as well
Girl: Sounds like fun
Girl 2: That’s enough, we are not interested in going with so get lost in the desert and dry up
Gambit: Now, now hold on Cheri there is no need for insult why don’t we start by sharing names instead of sharing insults. I’m Gambit and this here’s Jean Grey were both mutants here to help you
Girl: Hi I’m Dream nice to meet you
Girl 2: I’m Nightmare
Gambit: Interesting names
Dream: Thanks, we picked them because they’re the opposite of each but they mean the same thing and are one in the same just like us and reflect are personalities
Gambit: That’s a good reason for the names
Dream: This place your talking about there are other mutants right?
Jean Grey: Yes, the schools made of mutants
Nightmare: So it’s like a training ground?
Jean Grey: Well it’s more of a school where we can train mutants to control their powers and also people who have been abandoned by their families can call it home you’re welcome to call it that to
A short silence fell between them
Gambit: I admit that I was a bit suspicious m’self but after some time a looked to it as home maybe you could do the same
Nightmare: It does sound tempting but we need to finish what we started
Jean Grey: You mean destroying more buildings and killing more people
Nightmare: If you knew what those buildings were you would do the same and those people kill mutants
Gambit: We know that
Nightmare: No matter it does not concern youGambit: Now that’s a bit harsh do you think
Nightmare was starting to get annoyed and began to surge power into her hand
Nightmare: I said it doesn’t concern you!
Nightmare knocked him flying
Jean Grey: Gambit
The she sent Jean flying as well
Nightmare: You’re nothing but an annoyance right now, so stay out of our way Dream lets go we’ve got a plan to complete
Dream: Bye, bye
After that they disappeared
Jean Grey: That could have gone better
Gambit: Yeah cept now we got more problems like where they are and what is this plan they mentioned
They both stood up and rubbed the dust off them
Jean Grey: I don’t know what their up to but I know where they and we have to follow
Gambit: Oh really where
Jean Grey: The professor mention another base some where they could be there all we need to do it find it but it is miles away
Gambit: Oh c’mon we have to walk it
Jean Grey: Yes, we do
Gambit: This really is gonna be a long trip

X-men: walked into a bar

By the ocean there is a bar. They called it Hannah’s Roadhouse once. I don’t know what they call it anymore. I just knew that she’d come and bring that thing with her. That thing that to me, was so precious, so deeply moving that just looking at it would blind me. But I had to have it and I knew that I couldn’t have it if she didn’t show up today.
There she was red hair with a slight orange fleck in the Oceans sunrise. She wasn’t old, in fact, she was new, as if reborn, and she didn’t see me as she opened the door to the bar. I let her walk, I had no plans. She brought 2 drinks and sat at the bar.

He sat in the corner table and watched her, she did not glace in his direction. An hour passed when she was joined by a man, in a black coat and hat just covering his eyes all that was visible was his mouth and chin. He sat beside her and took a sip from the glass. The minuets pasted when the man finally spoke

Man dressed in black “Do you have it”

Woman “would I have come here if I didn’t”

She handed him the item.

Man dressed in black “where’s the rest?”

Woman “in another location, but I’ll get it”

Man dressed in black “see that you do”

She got up and walked through the door, shortly after he left as well, he stopped for a second or two by the door I thought for sure he had seen him but nothing was said and he left.

Man “in another location what a disappointment, here I thought I would of have had it all tonight.” He thought as he finished his last drop of beer.

My story

One day back in Stoke-on-Trent, I was in my third year of high school and my sister was in her first year. There were people from our old school, some friends, some enemies; people we did not like because they were bullies. One girl (who shall remain nameless) who was my sister’s friend but turned against her, I still don’t know why. She nick-picked at her, called her names and bullied her at school. One day during an hour dinner break, she and my sister got into a fight. I got called to the office to see my sister, she told me what happened, the girl started it with name-calling then she retaliated and yelled back and the girl slapped her. After about ten minutes all three of us got released and once we were outside the girl started again so I told her to “stop there’s is no need for all this” but she continued so ran up to her and punched in the face and broke her nose. She did not show up to school for a few days, she has a big bandage on her nose and she did not pick on my sister for a while.

favorite book.

Favorite book.

hush, hush by Becca Fitzpatrick

The story:

Falling in love was never so easy . . .
or so deadly.
For Nora Grey, romance was not part of the plan. She's never been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how much her best friend, Vee, pushes them at her. Not until Patch came along. With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Nora is drawn to him against her better judgment.
But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora's not sure who to trust. Patch seems to be everywhere she is, and to know more about her than her closest friends. She can't decide whether she should fall into his arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek some answers, she finds herself near a truth that is way more unsettling than anything Patch makes her feel.
For Nora is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those that have fallen - and, when it comes to choosing sides, the wrong choice will cost her life.

why it's my favorite

because it really had my imagination running wild with the several different plots in the same story and the twist fooled me right to the end.
